WHO WE ARE

Churches in Covenant (CIC) is a relationship-based association of spirit-filled senior pastors who lead churches with long-standing history in ministry. All united in the mission of strengthening the Local Pastor, who will in turn shepherd a great church that will influence cities around the world. CIC comes alongside Pastors and ministry leaders just like you, to support that Pastors growth with resources, guidance, fellowship and a relationship with a network of churches and leadership with which to learn and grow. The heart and soul of our organization of fellowship is to build a tribe that exemplifies covenant relationships and unites together to impact the nations. 

WHAT WE DO

 The CIC network offers affiliation to individual ministers to include their churches and para-church organizations who share the vision of the pastoral fellowship generated through Churches in Covenant in order to see Christ’s vision fulfilled. 

We partnerships are structured to help with the following: 

  • Strengthen pastors and their families as leaders and influencers

  • Build the pastors knowledge base through equipping, mentoring, and connecting

  • Extend the Kingdom though assisting the local pastor with influencing their cities, ministries, and local marketplace to edify the Kingdom of God.

  • Monthly small group video calls for the Pastor and their Spouses with senior CIC leaders. 

  • Free admission into CIC sponsored regional 1-day conferences 

  • Free admission to (1) quarterly 2-day Pastor and Spouse retreat at a CIC sponsored location hosted by our board of directors. 

  • Free admission for (1) child to attend our annual youth retreat with discount options for subsequent children. 

  • Access to discussion groups on world events, church leadership scenarios or resource gathering. 

  • Opportunity to build relationships with pastors of different churches and ministries from around the globe who have the same passion for building the Kingdom of God. 

  • Discounted registration to Center for National Renewal (CFNR) DC Renewal Tours 

  • Assigned to a ministry coach, who will personally assist you and your staff as needed. 

  • Consultation services for pastors and key staff by representatives of CIC Leadership and CIC Coaches. 

  • On-site consults for strategic planning, ministry development, and church growth. 

  • Resources such as sermon notes, graphics, and administrative tools designed to strengthen you and your staff. 

  • Strategic access and partnerships with missionaries, para-church ministries, preferred vendors for ministry resources, and more. 

COMMITMENT

As a fellowship of Pastor’s, our commitment to you is to provide a wealth of resource and opportunities designed to help you and your family flourish, which in tell assist in the growth of your ministry. As a CIC Member, we ask that you honor three basic commitments: 

1. BIBLICAL FAITHFULNESS - a commitment to holiness, integrity, and orthodoxy demonstrated by a faithfulness in relationship to God and to those you lead. 

2. FINANCIAL PARTNERSHIP - invest in the vision and mission of CIC by committing to the member fee to be used to equip the membership fully with the benefits listed above and support collective projects across the Nation. 

3. PERSONAL INVOLVEMENT - share your gifts, skills, and anointing with others through a commitment to participate in CIC relationally and by attending regular events.
